As we’re entering the new year, one tradition remains the same: the Gazette's Best of the Springs. Each year, the Colorado Springs community comes together and votes for their favorite local businesses. We’re honored to be nominated once more, and ask that you vote and help make us 2022 winners of this prestigious prize!
Founded in 1946, the Gazette is Southern Colorado’s most trusted source for breaking news, sports, weather, business, and politics. Since 2003, the Gazette has been hosting an annual contest showcasing the best businesses in the Colorado Springs area. Categories range from arts and entertainment, city life, food and drink, family and health, services and professionals, and shopping. Businesses are nominated in each of these categories, and then the public votes on their favorite.
Since 2018, Alpine Contracting has been earning this highly sought after award. This is directly because our customers, trades, and community partners speak up and make their voice heard. In 2018, Alpine Contracting won Best Remodeling Company. In 2019, 2020, and in 2021 we won Best Contractor. Again, in 2022, we're nominated for Best Contractor and hope that with your help, we’ll win first prize one more time!
Voting begins January 7, 2022 and runs through February 13, 2022. To vote, visit the Best of the Springs website and follow the prompts. It’s a simple process and while you’re there, you can also vote for your other favorite local businesses in their categories.
Winners of Best of the Springs are typically announced in March and the results are published in the Gazette, on the Best of The Springs website, and a special Best of the Springs magazine. Winners receive an award to display in their office, but also receive a tremendous amount of publicity. As a small business, this recognition has really helped the community become aware of our efforts and services. The Gazette is able to reach hundreds of thousands of people, and winning Best of the Springs puts our name on the forefront of premier contractors in the area.
